Technical Process & Purpose

Put the empty capsule or printed empty capsule into the hopper. The capsule is arranged on the conveying roller in sequence through the feeding wheel. When the capsule is transported to the first inspection In the area, the servo motor drives the roller rolling device. After precise calculation, the capsule moves forward at a uniform speed in the first inspection area and spins through HD and high speed, high-precision black and white CCD camera, detect the capsule’s internal incision defect, uncut, short body, short cap, and other defects as well as a bubble, black spot and other appearance defects including printing defect of the capsule. Then enter the second inspection area, in which the color CCD camera detects the various surface defects of the capsule again, such as Bad cover, color spot, different capsule, binding length, etc., especially can check the defect of printing character again at the same time. The third and fourth inspection areas of this equipment are the inspection areas for defects at both ends of capsules. Besides the detection of the capsule star head and plum blossom head, the printing ink marks at both ends of capsules can also be accurately detected. After a comprehensive inspection, the capsules enter the sorting unit of goods and defective products. The high-speed and high-precision sorting device in this area can make the capsules automatically and quickly remove the defective products at any equipment running speed.
