Technical Process & Purpose

Material is fed into molding machine from both upper layer and lower layer, and form crystal film after cooled by cold air machine. The films get together at the outlet, and automatically stack to multi-layer, and then automatically cut, and packed into jars automatically.

Equipment features

  1. Suitable to make crystal film cosmetics
  2. The thickness of crystal film is adjusted by position display, the thickness is even.
  3. The cutters use stainless steel material to avoid second-time pollution when the eye patch is being formed.
  4. The whole process is controlled by touch screen HMI, including thickness adjustment and speed changing.
  5. The whole machine appearance is used aluminum profile and 304 stainless steel wiredrawing plate and matched with hanging type touch screen.
  6. This machine is composed of an automatic molding machine and cutting machine, it can finish 12 jars of products at one time.
